If your course uses WebCT and you need a student to have extended access (due to an Incomplete, for instance), please contact the Coordinator of Distance Education at krrose@mesastate.edu with your request.
In your request, please include (1) the student's name and 700# and (2) the type of access the student should have. You have two options for the type access a student can have:
1. The student can be added to your course shell for the next semester. If you choose this option, please send the course ID, section, the student's name, and 700#. Their access will close at the end of the next term, when the course shell closes. Or,
2. The student can continue to have access to your current semester's course shell. If you choose this option, please send the course ID, section, the student's name, 700#, and if student access should close at the beginning or end of the following term.
Please note that requests must be made via email. They cannot be accepted via phone.
