Parking Information for the Winter

• Parking Permits are now available for purchase at the Information Desk at Elm Hall.
• Pay lots will be enforced from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Reserved lots will be enforced from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
• School year 2009-2010 permits are for purchase now.      Prices for spring semester permits will be:
  • Residence Hall Permits            $65
  • Commuter Permits                   $50
  • Motorcycle Permits                   $15
  • Daily Visitor Permits                 $2/day
• 2008-2009 permits will expire on August 1, 2009 and the 2009-2010 permits will go into effect August 1, 2009.
• Parking Services will start enforcing all lots on campus beginning August 1, 2009. All patrons on campus will need a permit.

Vehicle Registration Spring 2010

All parking permits for the spring semester can be obtained in the first floor of Elm Hall at the Information Desk. Bring the filled out permit application and you MAVcard to Elm Hall to obtain permit.

Faculty and Staff may pay using the payroll deduction form to pay for their permits.

All open tickets must be paid before a permit will be issued.

A MAV card, drivers licence and license plate information are required to obtain a permit.

Students living on campus may purchase a Residence Hall permit.

Students commuting to campus may purchase a Commuter Permit.

Weekly Parking Tip: A new pay to park lot has opened directly south of Moss Performing Arts Center. P3 has 24 spaces available at a rate of $1.00 per hour.

Pay to Park machines now accept the MSC MAVcard for payment. Just deposit money to your Flex Account in the MAVcard Office and use your card to pay for parking!
