Mesa State College Registrar's Office generates official and unofficial transcripts free of charge. Current students may obtain unofficial transcripts online through their MAVzone accounts. Prior students (within the last 15 years) may be able to use MAVonline to obtain unofficial transcripts. Please allow 24 hours for processing of official transcripts from date of receipt. Transcript requests are processed only after all outstanding financial obligations to Mesa State College are met. A photo ID is required to pick-up transcripts. We do not accept email or telephone requests for transcripts.
You can request an official copy of your transcript via mail, fax, or in person from the Registrar's Office. Federal law prohibits the release of transcripts without the signature of the student.
Request by Fax or Mail
To request a transcript by fax or mail, complete a Transcript Request Form and fax or mail it to the Registrar's Office. There is no charge for official or unofficial transcripts. There is a fee for overnight delivery; please see the request form.
