Peace Officers Academy

Next Spring Academy begins January 2011

Next Fall Academy begins August 2011

Students train in a variety of areas which include arrest control, firearms, and driving. This program exceeds the requirements set by the Colorado Peace Officers Standards and Training. Full-time participation is required during the entire duration of the program. Students must complete an additional application with Western Colorado Peace Officers Academy (WCPOA) in order to enroll in this program.
