Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing

This program meets the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Program topics include Colorado contracts and regulations, closings, record keeping, trust accounts, and legal issues. Successful completion of this program will allow you to register for the Colorado Real Estate Broker's licensing examination.
